Arranging multi-currency payments via Deutsche Bank web portal to agents / vendors. i. PDA Prefunding / Advance. ii. DA settlement / Recovery. Towage invoice settlement-Port cost (estimated / actual) submission in system for client review and approval-Prepare & process monthly/weekly, quarterly reports-Updating the Financial agreement and / or circulating the updated procedures in system -On Monthly basis, Port cost analysis & Working Capital analysis is performed to forecast the future course of action and requirement-Responding to any queries related to payables / Audit query resolutions (Internal)-Communicate with vendors throughout the payment process-Review all credit balance, refunds and adjustments and apply adjustments and/or corrections to appropriate billing records.
