As an experienced project manager with nearly 10 years of success leading cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, operations, retail, and digital. Known for a people-first approach and clear communication, I guide teams through complex initiatives from planning to execution. Having held roles in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion has uncovered a driving passion for creating a workplace where employees feel they belong, are represented by their leaders, are given equitable opportunities; all while tackling systematic issues. As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program manager, I defined original strategic objectives and goals. I led an international panel to support a DEI audience of over employees, and established formal practices and programs that ensure the long-term sustainability of DEI in a Fortune 100 company. As a communications professional and graphic designer, I managed multiple strategic initiatives and projects simultaneously, while ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery. I also developed conceptual ideas from leadership and transformed them into revenue-driving and impactful deliverables.
