Through my efforts in securing both temporary and permanent placements, I successfully billed over £233k with in my first year. Notably, I achieved a significant milestone by setting a company record for the highest monthly billing, reaching an impressive £46,979. Furthermore, I secured the largest permanent placement in the company record worth £12,534, showcasing my ability to match candidates with the right opportunities. Additionally, I successfully placed a teacher on a two-year temporary basis, contributing £31,200 to the overall billing, with £5,200 being counted due to company structure. Recognizing my dedication and outstanding contributions, I was honored with the Employee of the Month award five times within a span of twelve months since joining the company.
