About Gareth Boyle

I am currently a Claims Advisor at BFL CANADA, specializing in Commercial Automobile and Fleet claims. I have successfully negotiated many claim settlements while providing exceptional customer service, giving our clients a top notch experience and forming enriching relationships with them. Previous experiences include Associate and Analyst roles at Gallagher Global Brokerage (GGB Canada), where I learned to read Policies and Contracts thoroughly and spot coverage concerns early in claims. A noteworthy project I worked on was the Gallagher Centre of Excellence (GCoE) Claims project where I created a workflow and trained colleagues in Bangalore, India on the claims process. During this time, I assisted with the Summer Internship program - providing mentorship and creating a promotional video for future interns to come. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Minor in Film Studies from Western University with multiple Creative Writing publications. During my free time, I nurture my creative passions through writing and filmmaking.
