About Gareth Kirk

I love to deliver projects and achieve positive change by getting the best out of people. I’m constantly looking at ways to improve processes, delivery methods or ways to communicate and exchange information. To achieve this, I build brilliant teams that are innovative, adaptable, and enthused; I build relationships with others to ensure we all have the same end goal; I make the effort to communicate, by carefully talking about what I am trying to achieve but also listening to others, knowing that I won’t have all the best ideas. I proved these skills over the 22 years I served in the RAF and now in the construction industry. I've delivered complex, multimillion pound projects; driven continuous improvement; implemented LEAN principals; managed HSQA and developed teams. In fact, I’m so good at this that I was recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List 2021! But when you have a good team around you, anything is possible.
