Gareth is passionate about creating value and brings a global perspective. He enjoys engaging people to deliver step changes in business performance and create sustainable, win-win outcomes for communities and business. Gareth brings a strategic approach to the businesses he leads and benefits from experience in a broad range of geographic locations and industry sectors including mining, processing, manufacturing and oil and gas. He has lived and worked in Australia, Canada, the USA and Italy, and completed assignments in a number of other countries including the UK, India, Brazil and Morocco. He has held business leadership, operations, project delivery and strategic support roles in large and smaller companies, managed indigenous agreements, and chaired not for profit partnerships. Cultivating productive relationships with Government, Regional and Indigenous stakeholders have been key components of his approach to business leadership. Gareth Manderson currently lives in Perth, Australia with his wife and two children. He holds an Engineering Degree, an MBA and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
