I’ve led teams and transformed systems in the custom cabinetry and manufacturing industries, overseeing everything from procurement and production to customer experience and strategic growth. As Operations Manager at Marvel Cabinetry for nearly 8 years, I’ve introduced lean practices, improved efficiency, and shaped a positive organizational culture that supports productivity and innovation. Prior to that, I held key roles in installation and workshop management, always staying close to the product and the people who build it. My strengths lie in team leadership, workflow planning, and operational problem-solving. I thrive in environments where I can lead change, mentor staff, and create value through smarter systems and stronger relationships — with clients, vendors, and team members alike. I’m currently exploring opportunities where I can bring this blend of experience, insight, and hands-on leadership to a new team or industry, especially in roles focused on operations, continuous improvement, or organizational development.
