About Gareth Phoenix

A highly experienced and successful Account Manager with a proven track record in client relationship management and revenue growth. After taking a career break to focus on raising my young children and building a successful home-based business, I am now eager to re-enter account management and leverage my skills in a dynamic, client-focused role. My time as a business owner has further enhanced my abilities in multitasking, strategic planning, and customer engagement, making me well-prepared to make a significant impact in a new role. Due to the impact of COVID on my online business, I made the decision to take a role with Openreach to maintain financial stability and continue supporting my family. This experience allowed me to develop new skills, adapt to challenging circumstances, and demonstrate my flexibility and resilience in a rapidly changing environment. While it was a departure from my previous career path, it has provided me with valuable insights and a strong work ethic that I am eager to bring back into an account management/customer facing role.”
