An employee who is always keen to take on more responsibilities, both inside and outside of my role. With close to 30 years of insurance & administration experience I consider myself an asset to your company and the skills I have gained are transferable to roles outside of insurance too. A few words about my working background: I’m currently working at Atlanta Group where I primarily work within the renewals department focusing on offering renewal quotations for our customers on Motorcycle, Private Car and Household insurance types. I have also been actively involved in assisting the claims department on such tasks as adding/settling claims, risk events & auditing. Also, my insurance/CDL systems experience has seen me be responsible for training colleagues on certain tasks. Before Atlanta Group I worked at Ageas for 23 years, I was made redundant & then Atlanta Group offered me a position. During my time at Ageas I worked in the renewals invites, customer services & administration departments working with Motor, Home & Telematics types of insurance on CDL Classic, Strata & Echelon systems. I also worked in their Testing department several times to help test various system updates.
