mSCTE mITP After leaving college I was offered a position as an Install/Service technician at Virgin Media during which time I gained a basic knowledge of telecommunication networks. I gained valuable customer service skills due to the front facing nature of the role and after some time decided that I wanted to progress my career, joining the Access Engineering team. It was during this time that I gained further knowledge of larger networks across multiple transmission mediums as well as dealt with small, medium and large enterprise customer bases including those in the public sector. Now undertaking a largely office based role, I am responsible for utilising the tools available to me such as Excel, Qlikview and Google Data Studio to analyse and summarise national network performance, implementing solutions and sharing best practices to improve quality of service and drive first time fix. Since February 23 my role has shifted more towards Business Intelligence Analysis as part of a Field Performance and Data Insight team
