With over 18 years of experience in various leadership and business development roles in both Cyber Security and Information Governance spaces, I am a technologist at heart, commercially savvy, and analytically minded. As the Director of Customer Success at Now Vertical Inc, I lead a team that designs and delivers a best-in-class, data-driven customer success program that amazes and delights our customers across multiple verticals. I have a strongly consultative approach, and I specialise in helping DPOs, GRC Leaders and Information Security decision makers achieve their business outcomes using solutions that enhance and improve their Information Governance programs and speed up the journey to generative AI. I also have a passion for my local community, healthcare, and charity, and I volunteer my consultancy services to the charitable sector. During my MBA I learned new skills and knowledge on global leadership challenges, change management, and contemporary trends in technology and marketing.
