I’m enthusiastic, motivated and responsible person with the ability to prioritise and manage my time effectively in ensuring that tasks assigned to me in my current and in all previous jobs are all carried out professionally and accurately. I have experience in working within Human Resources and carried out recruitment processes and maintaining computerized database throughout each recruitment campaign demonstrating excellent attention to details which was vital to the job role as well as maintaining diaries in the section. In this job role, I learned how to communicate to people all the levels politely and confidentially, on both internal and external basis, with good communication skills, through letter, emails as well as over the phone. I was at building good relationship between company and its clients, specially employment agency, that the company dealt with, on daily basis. I also learnt to work to really tight deadlines, and using my prioritizing skills which was vital to the job role. I was entrusted with a lot of tasks which helped in my development. I am able to work under pressure and have the ability to complete and follow through on actions.I can be relied upon to manage work load ensuring to maintain good accounts and systems. I have plenty of administration and customer service skill as well as patients care, I am good team member, and can in any situation on work on my own, not just doing my assigned my task but helping out on other areas needed. I am very flexible and adaptable in learning new computerized systems. I am flexible to change which has been demonstrated in my current job role which has somehow been a pilot for a lot of change since I started work eight years ago but in all I have had positive attitude to the change in my work load. I hold full UK driving licence and I'm a car owner. I have a complete working knowledge of Microsoft office, Advanced Excel, Access, SQL, HRMS Oracle Database, Choose and Book, PACS and RIO.
