Reviewing the design and architecture from performance and scale perspective to proactively identify scale bottlenecks with proof of concepts, Performance assessment of API and UI transactions. Writing scripts using licensed and open source tools to create complex data shape, generate load for key features in that data shape and collect performance artifacts in order to expose performance bottlenecks. Analysis of the exposed bottlenecks and optimize the root cause to improve the performance and scale aspect of the features in pre-production and production like environments. Ability to work cross functionally to measure the performance, understand the bottlenecks and optimize to resolve the issue. Also having an experience with CI/automation tools.
