Garima is passionate to see #early stage ventures succeed and operates from the capital of India New Delhi. She brings 12+ years of experience with S&P  Global (Standard & Poor's) managing their transactions team- M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) and Private Placements. Taking her learnings to the next level in 2016 she Founded New Delhi-based boutique Investment banking firm Boon Capital Advisors where she was instrumental in closing India focused deals Mandates executed -New Age Ventures and established Companies : - RuskMedia- $2 Million via leading VCs and Strategic Investors - The Healthy Billion-$2 Million from Blume Ventures and Healthquad - Vital - $3 Million from Fintech Focused Funds - Gynoveda- Seed Round by Fireside Ventures Garima strongly believes in empowering other women entrepreneurs at a social level and hence is associated with  WIEF (aka Women Innovation &  Entrepreneurship Foundation). She has been continuously advising mentoring women entrepreneurs and hand holding them at various stages of their journey. Garima is a Mentor evangelist Advisor and guide to many ventures Tech startups and SMEs. She has strong communication skills and experience in presenting ideas to top management & clients. Persuasive negotiator with the ability to convince and influence CxO's and Top management. Natural ability to build relationships and bridge cultural differences. Now with a large network of 450+ Investors and 400+ VCs in India and other parts of the globe Garima's current focus is APAC region & has been actively involved with the startup - ecosystem in fund raising activities.
