Garmis Sena is a psychotherapist and the founder of Inner-City Bloom, which provides underserved communities with mental health access and resources. Garmis is a bilingual mental health counselor whose work centers around multicultural populations and various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. As a native of the Dominican Republic and an immigrant to the United States, Garmis knows the difficulties of adjusting to a new environment and cultural beliefs, which she takes into account in her clinical work. Garmis is passionate about assisting her clients in identifying their internal dialogue and what is blocking them from living healthy, balanced lives. Garmis believes that, with the proper help, everyone can embark on the path to a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
