About Garner Wireman

I have 15 years of experience in an administrative role where I dealt with areas of staff and client supervision, and financing, as well as public relations and programming. As part of my 18 years in the mental health field, I had the opportunity to manage 10-80 staff and my duties included interviewing, hiring, and conducting supervision and staff meetings. I developed the orientation program for the Residential Department which assisted in decreasing the turnover rate by 5%. My responsibilities also included planning and organizing retreats, and staff appreciation ceremonies, as well as program management. I assisted in the developing and maintaining annual budgets and maintaining monthly finances. I took part and at times lead various committees to improve the quality of services to Oaklawn Psychiatric Center's clients, the culture of Oaklawn, and developing policies and procedures. In 2010, I started one4one to assist in providing the basic needs of those that live in poverty; clothes, food, and water. one4one is a unique business in which the customers can give back with every product they purchase. I received my Master's in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, as well as a Bachelor's of Science in Organizational Leadership from Goshen College.
