Most recently worked as a Purchasing Data Analyst with Arocam Sports, working within the Purchasing team on tasks ranging from Purchase Order maintainence, Debit Order creation for the purposes of returning defective product, placing At Once and Futures buys for product from vendors large and small, maintaining lines of communication from different departments(Sales, Warehouse etc) to ensure that the business is maintaining healthy stock levels and that client needs are met in a timely manner. Maintaining open lines of communication with representatives from different vendors to have a consistent picture of the health of our supply chain and flagging and handling any issues that may arise on the vendors side. Managing and maintaining our database system, with tasks ranging from creating new custom items in the system for our Team Sales department to creating whole product lines from vendors like Nike and Adidas to support our forecast buying, as well as updating UPC information. I've also managed reporting of product On Order for the 2023 fiscal year for our Web and Retail business.
