Since joining in 2023, I’ve helped grow our presence from four branches in Northern California to seven locations throughout all of California with ambitious plans to expand nationwide. But expansion means nothing if we don’t uphold our core values: integrity, compassion, and putting people before profits. I believe in doing the right thing, even when it’s not the easiest or most profitable choice.
