I have been in the financial, educational and construction industries as a technology and customer service professional for over 20 years offering exemplary service and support, delivering solutions. Involvement in project planning and execution has lead to numerous undertakings being delivered on, or before, delivery dates, and oftentimes under budget. Whether it be a small team or large, we work well together developing excellent relationships with both internal staff and 3rd party vendors. Multitasking is the norm. I can often be found providing answers for telecom, mobile computing, network, security and cross-departmental queries. If I do not know the answer, I know with whom the answer resides with. Reviewing performance, reporting against industry metrics and SLAs, and increasing efficiency has resulted in cost savings.
