With over three years of experience in account management, customer service, and troubleshooting, I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions and outstanding customer service to hospitality venues across the Western U.S. As a Regional Account Manager for Backbar Solutions, I am responsible for supporting, training, and retaining customers who use our automated cocktail dispenser, the Backbar One, which can make up to 350 cocktails an hour and enhance the efficiency and profitability of bars. My role is multifaceted and dynamic, requiring me to adapt to various situations and challenges, from resolving technical issues over the phone to flying across the country to fix a down machine before a busy weekend. I leverage my skills and credentials in general maintenance, process improvement, chiller systems, and certified tower technician to provide swift and practical solutions for our field-service division. I also create and deliver comprehensive training materials for internal and external use, ensuring that our customers and coworkers are well-informed and confident in using our product. My ultimate goal is to be an invaluable asset to the company and our customers, and to contribute to the mission of helping hospitality venues get the most out of their bars.
