About Garrett Micklin

I’m currently working for Boeing in San Antonio working on a modified 747 aircraft. I’m the Lead Production Scheduler for the program and have been for two years now. I’m the lead for four other schedulers that are learning the roles. It entails management of all status of work packages inside our Master Schedule, provide leadership with visuals and metrics based on that data, and meet with supplier management to ensure delivery dates align with our forecasted production need dates. Before taking this position, I did a similar role as a production scheduler and analyst on the Space Launch Systems program working on the Artemis rocket in New Orleans. My hobbies include working out, bringing our dogs on adventures with my wife, and traveling! My wife and I are new to San Antonio, so we also enjoy checking out new restaurants or activities around the city.
