As an enthusiastic aspiring IT Professional, I bring a strong background in helpdesk support and a passion for IT. My journey in IT started with hands-on roles as a helpdesk technician and eventually as the Director of Help Desk Services, where I honed my skills in troubleshooting, customer service, and technology support. I recently completed the Computer User Support Specialist program at ACI Learning Tech Academy, where I gained foundational knowledge and practical skills to excel in the IT field. I am currently pursuing several certifications, including ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+, to further solidify my expertise and stay updated with industry standards. Throughout my professional experience, I have demonstrated a commitment to providing exceptional IT support. At ECD Systems and Elite Force IT, I set up equipment, assisted in onboarding, managed mobile devices, and performed hardware and software installations. My role as an Energy Consultant at Rise Energy provided me with valuable customer interaction skills, while my current position at Xavier College Preparatory involves responding to tickets, providing technology support, and consulting on equipment purchases. I am proficient in various technical skills, including Active Directory, ticketing systems, virtual migrations, VOIP (3CX), Windows OS, Apple OS, remote desktop utilities, and hardware maintenance. My ability to troubleshoot, manage conflicts, and work collaboratively as a motivated team player has been key to my success. I am eager to bring my dedication, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities to an entry-level IT position, where I can contribute to the success of the organization and continue to grow professionally.
