I am the president of Double R Precision a new CNC machine shop out of Sedalia Colorado, me and my wife started the business January of this year and hitting the ground running, I have been in a machine shop for the last 10 years doing everything from sweeping, moping, sawing, set up, production, programming and running vertical mills, horizontals, horizontal with 12 pallet system, 5th axis, live tooling lathes, 3D printing and Swiss lathes. I've been a grunt, an operator, a programmer, a manager and an operations manager. I have loved machining and manufacturing from the first moment I step in a shop. Me and the wife are also cattle ranchers and raise black Angus beef, have a few chickens for the fresh eggs and have 5 horses, 4 healers and 1 wild child! So needless to say our life is never boring!
