About Garrett Schwegler

Strategic Program Leader | Driving E-commerce Innovation & GTM ExcellenceI am a Technical Program Leader with over a decade of experience sitting at the intersection of the business, product, and the customer. My career has been defined by a passion for the e-commerce flywheel—taking complex,"0-to-1" technical challenges and turning them into scalable, revenue-generating programs. What I bring to a team:Program Ownership: I don’t just manage tasks; I own outcomes. I have a proven track record of identifying "velocity impediments" and driving cross-functional solutions across Sales and Product.Scaling: From growing teams by 200% to shifting 80% of implementations to partner ecosystems, I build systems that allow businesses to scale without linear headcount growth.E-commerce Depth: Deep expertise in the shopper journey, including integrations across Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), and custom stacks, with a focus on conversion and metrics that matter.I thrive in fast-paced environments where the roadmap is evolving and the stakes are high. I am a firm believer in "working backwards" from the customer to ensure that every milestone delivers a measurable business result.Core Competencies: Program Management • GTM Strategy • E-commerce • Product Roadmap Influence • Cross-functional Leadership • Organizational Design • Stakeholder Management (C-Suite)
