I am a passionate and creative collaboration designer and facilitator at The Impact Assembly, a business unit of PwC that helps clients create positive social and environmental impact. My core competencies include relationship development, stakeholder engagement, and solution design, and my mission is to empower people and organizations to collaborate effectively and innovatively for a better future. I have a background in hospitality management, which gives me a unique perspective and skill set to design and deliver engaging and productive experiences for diverse groups of participants. In my current role, I work with clients from various sectors and industries, such as education, health, finance, and tourism, to design and facilitate collaborative sessions that address complex challenges and opportunities. I use a range of methods and tools, such as design thinking, storytelling, psychology, and graphic design, to create immersive and interactive environments that foster creativity, alignment, and commitment. Some of the outcomes I have contributed to include developing new strategies, products, and services and increasing social and environmental impact. I enjoy working with a talented and diverse team of experts, and I am always eager to learn new skills and approaches to improve my practice.
