Hello, I am a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with experience in various administrative and customer service roles. My most recent position as an Auto Service Supervisor at GEICO involved providing administrative support to agents and customers to resolve and mitigate escalated issues in an efficient and time-sensitive manner, resulting in high levels of customer and agent satisfaction. I maintained accurate records regarding timekeeping, payroll, associate licensing, and associate leave, and also coached agents on company expectations regarding minimum service requirements and helped build agent career development. Prior to this role, I was a Management Development Program Supervisor at GEICO, where I gained hands-on experience with associate supervision, customer escalation, federal employee guidelines regarding protected leave and timekeeping, and state licensing and insurance requirements. I was selected as the only MDP to lead a team of associates by myself without the supervision of another supervisor, and performed in the top quartile among other MDP Supervisors by maintaining performance standards well above the company standard. My experience as an Associate at GEICO involved assisting customers with the selection and execution of insurance standards based on the requirements of their state, resolving customer concerns in a timely and cost-effective manner, and educating customers on the basic parameters of their policies with coverage limits and what would and would not be covered.
