As an Assistant Manager, Promotion Planning & Scheduling at HBO, I develop and manage in-stream promotion for HBO MAX's Ad-Lite, a new offering that combines premium content with ads. I collaborate with ad sales, content analytics, and marketing teams to create content pro formas, analyze campaign data, and optimize promo strategies. I also communicate campaign plans to Program Marketing and other stakeholders, and manage communication with all subsidiaries within WarnerMedia Discovery on delivery and scheduling. I have a BA in Communication and Media Studies from Rutgers University, where I learned the fundamentals of media production, analysis, and research. I also have extensive experience in podcast production, as I co-founded and co-created VOICES, a podcast that features interviews with A-list celebrities and covers topics such as diversity, inclusion, and social justice. I oversaw the entire post-production process, including audio editing, graphics, and legal approval, and managed the podcast schedule and development. I am passionate about creating engaging and meaningful content that connects with audiences and reflects diverse perspectives and voices.
