As a business analytics manager at Cushman & Wakefield, I leverage data to provide insights and solutions for the commercial real estate industry. I work with multiple stakeholders to understand their needs and hurdles. My ability to understand the stakeholder drives the capability for data pipeline creation, actioned reporting, and machine learning initiatives. I am also a graduate student at Georgia Institute of Technology, pursuing a master's degree in computational analytics. I am passionate about applying data science and machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems and enhance decision-making. Previously, I gained experience in healthcare analytics as a data analyst at RenViva and Arkansas Heart Hospital, where I supported clinical and operational initiatives, such as quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and cost reduction. I hold a bachelor's degree in business and managerial economics from Hendrix College, where I minored in data analytics and completed multiple projects and courses on data wrangling, analysis, and visualization.
