About Garry Davis

Over the past 15 years I have partnered with CEO's and Exec teams to advise, design and deliver P&C strategy, leadership team development and organisation culture - always underpinned by pragmatism, observation and a genuine care for people. For the majority of my career, I have held roles where I was the trusted advisor to the CEO. But no matter which role I was in, my focus has been on people. I have always been curious about how we act and interact. In the early days, I fuelled my curiosity with training courses, then accreditations. But in 2008 I stumbled upon the neurosciences and how they added an entirely different layer of explanation for me. This passion sparked a broader and deeper scientific study of behaviour and well-being, providing a whole new perspective on organisation culture and performance. I read countless research papers, attended NeuroLeadership conferences in the USA, studied at Ross Business School, University of Michigan and completed a Post-grad certificate in Positive Psychology at Melbourne University. All of which added meaning to the experience gained across my diverse management career. My purpose and passion?
