Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered strong revenue and profit performance for start-up, emerging growth, mature and turnaround organisations. As a trusted partner, I offer expertise in product and service development, commercialisation, market-entry, customer development, revenue growth and sustainability. In recent years I have built customer-centric businesses, captured market share, optimised business operations, and drove multinational sales growth. I would say that I am exceptionally competitive and effective in forging new markets and delivering compelling results in shifting business environments across multicultural landscapes. I enjoy mentoring individuals and developing teams to maximise their individual potential and collective contribution to the business unit and overall business success. My longer-term goal is to expand upon my international experience to develop to a CEO or non-executive board member position.
