About Garry McDaniel

Dr. Garry McDaniel is national and international award-winning speaker and Program Chair for the Graduate and Undergraduate Degree programs in Human Resource Management at Franklin University. Dr. McDaniel leads the development and staffing of all graduate and undergraduate Human Resource Management courses as well as teaching in the international Franklin MBA program. He is the recipient of the Best Professor Award in the International MBA program for 2018, Best Lead Faculty Award in 2016, and the Robert Bailey Award for 2014 which is presented to the faculty member whom students identify as having had the most significant impact on their education. Dr. McDaniel also served as Associate Dean & Executive Director for the Center for Continuing Education at Franklin University overseeing the state-wide, national, and international certificate, training programs and consulting services for business, government and not-for profit industries. The Center was selected as the top continuing education provider by CEO Magazine (2012). Dr. McDaniel has also taught for Thomas Edison State University, Texas State University, St. Edwards University, Kaplan University and Capella University. Dr. McDaniel led the Global Leadership, Succession Planning, and large scale change management efforts for Advanced Micro Devices and has authored four books, Conflict to Cooperation: A process for mediating group differences, Managing the business: How successful managers align management systems with business strategy; The Dog's Guide To Your Happiness: Seven secrets for a better life from man's best friend, and High Performance Coaching.
