About Garry Thomas

With over 30 years of hands on experience in the roadmarking, studding, and surface treatments industry, I’ve built a career defined by growth, versatility, and expertise across all disciplines. Starting as a trainee mechanic, I progressed through key roles including Operative, Transport Manager, and eventually to Head of Highways, working with respected companies such as Line Markings, Premier Roadmarkings, and Jointline. Throughout my career, I’ve gained in depth knowledge of every aspect of roadmarking and surface treatments, from technical applications and team management to compliance and operational logistics. My time as a Transport Manager provided me with strong organisational skills and a deep understanding of fleet management, while my hands on roles helped me develop a practical, problem-solving approach to challenges in the field. As an experienced General Manager, I now focus on leading teams, optimising processes, and delivering high quality results that meet and exceed industry standards. My passion for excellence, combined with a track record of success, has made me a trusted leader in this specialised sector.
