I am an enthusiastic, highly motivated business professional with over two decades of experience in business management and leadership. I currently serve as Chief Operations Officer for Post Trauma Institute, LLC. I have the honor of driving organizational and community impact throughout Louisiana by establishing and evolving operational strategies and advancing staff competencies to optimize finances and resources. Ultimately, to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our services. Post Trauma Institute, LLC provides a comprehensive approach to complete mental health. Our mission is to provide integrated healthcare solutions by transforming the perception of mental health, embracing technology, and providing a compassionate environment. I have served for five years as an Operations Director for Bethany Mentorship - a youth mentoring nonprofit serving Pre-K to 12th-grade students in the greater Baton Rouge area. I leverage a holistic approach to organizational development to assist Bethany Mentorship in maximizing services to disadvantaged youth. Before serving as Operations Director, I served in other leadership roles such as general manager and district manager for two Fortune 500 companies, Ralph Lauren and Dollar General. My 20-plus-year career has extended across business strategies, organizational development, operations, corporate sustainability, corporate finance, learning strategies, business-to-business sales, human resource case management, information technology, education liaison, and community liaison. I have blended my passion for social impact with sound business expertise to help organizations build lasting relationships and partnerships with the community.
