My career spans over 30 years of Program Management, Grant Development, Centralized vehicle emission program design and program implementation, Clean Transportation/Mobility Program design, adoption, implementation, and deployment with emphasis on logistics customization for adoption by income-qualified residents living in underserved communities. I endeavor to provide consistent, high quality results when designing practical, sustainable plug-in vehicle transportation programs. Current Projects: Lead staff for Clean Cars 4 All Grant Program - issuing grant funding to income qualified residents of environmentally impacted neighborhoods to purchase plug-in technology clean transportation for improved quality of life. Past Projects: Design, development and implementation of Sacramento's Our Community CarShare EV Transportation Program Administration of Carl Moyer Grant Program - administered grant program focused on issuing grants to agricultural industry to replace older diesel farm equipment with new, cleaner low emission certified replacements. Development and implementation of Air Care Colorado centralized tailpipe emission testing for the Denver Colorado Metropolitan area. https://aircarecolorado.com/ Federal and state grant funding application development for nationwide centralized and decentralized vehicle tailpipe emission testing programs.
