A proven Director who specialises in change management, new business development, key account management, strategic planning and existing market expansion with profitable growth. I have experience in a vast array of market sectors including business & industry, retail, education and healthcare as well as export experience into EMEA, Australia and the USA Tenacious, with drive and enthusiasm and the business skills that generate growth and profitability, I am also an excellent communicator and confident negotiator this was proven in 2012 when I won a major contract to supply the London 2012 Olympic Games. I am a hand’s on Director who leads from the front, someone who is proactive and results focused with the ambition and a desire to achieve. A company Ambassador who builds excellent relationships with all stakeholders. I am motivational and strategic in my approach, and am able to set a clear vision whilst training and coaching all members of my team. Outside of work you can find me on top of a diving board as I dive myself and also coach children and adults in the sport.
