After serving almost 10 years in the U.S. Army, I strived to find a nitch that would help people. I found myself working in public service and enjoying it very much. I ended up finding a group of veterans that played hockey and created an all veteran hockey team. After a short time on that time, I joined a few other players in helping to create another non-profit organization to help veterans play hockey. I continue to help people in various ways.
