Key achievements include • Introduced strategic planning process with OpCo MD’s, resulting in strategic work streams such as the energy management plan that reduced our carbon footprint, energy expenditure and eliminated the required participation in, legislative requirements such as Carbon Reduction Commitment etc. • Obtained Training Centre approval, developed course materials, and delivered in-house IOSH Managing Safely and Driver professional CPC training to help deliver EH & S Objectives. • Improved the personal injury reporting process and the management of personal injury claims through the introduction of digital platform, streamlining reporting and ensuring compliance. Improvements facilitated more efficient claims resolution, reduced litigation costs and resulted in reduced year on year Employers Liability insurance premiums. • Recognised poor motor insurance incident history, identified root causation, implemented risk reduction measures and demonstrated cost effectiveness.
