If I had to pick two qualities that differentiates me from others in my field it would be: 1) My ability to identify and/or anticipate changes in the marketplace.= THE NEXT BIG THING 2) My natural desire to problem solve while providing the best customer experience possible.= ANYTHING LESS MAKES ME FEEL EMPTY. A solutions provider for nearly the last 20 years in the access control and mechanical door hardware industry. My previous 10 years of sales experience within other building products divisions to a variety of vertical markets in both Canada and the U.S. has given me valuable insight into the construction cycle and relationship between various specification sections leading to a better customer experience. Experienced at presenting, consulting, forecasting & bidding small and large projects using winning methods. I love being in the field meeting people and engaging with the customer. Face-to-Face encounters always yield valuable information and insights that other methods can't replace. Time-tested. I am just as comfortable engaging with the C-suite as I am with the installation team. I have learned that success comes from the ability to forge lasting relationships with all parties and they are built on trust, empathy, expertise and dependability. Being authentic. I believe that anything can be achieved in an organization with clear communication, collaboration and SMART alignment from top to bottom.
