Gary has acquired over 30 years experience in the public and private sector and now a Director/Owner of Tomorrow’s World Partnership Ltd. Gary is an excellent communicator, with a strong service orientation. His enthusiasm and strategic thinking, enables him to appreciate the wider picture and successfully navigate the complex set of interrelationships in a project environment. His perseverance and determination helps him to multi task, always with a keen eye on the desired result. His natural warmth and easy manner means that people trust him, will confide their concerns and work alongside him to achieve a resolution. Always looking to improve things, he enjoys putting together bespoke teams and solutions to meet client needs.Gary has previously worked for Wandsworth Council and the Metropolitan Police Service, representing these organisations in public meetings and customer focused forums, sometimes in complex and sensitive situations. He is able to build strong community relationships based on trust and transparency, whilst reinforcing key messages. He has held the position of PR Officer and attended serious incidents liaising with the emergency services and residents, providing accurate ‘real time’ updates.In addition to professional membership bodies, including the Institute of Employability Professionals and the Institute of Hospitality Gary also holds a voluntary position of Independent Advisor to the British Transport Police, acting as a “Critical Friend” in sensitive policing matters and reviews various policing procedural documents and policies.
