I am the founder of the seminar/webinar presentation enterprise known as Heart2Heart Consulting LLC. My unique and captivating programs, entitled "The Heart of the Matter," inform, educate and entertain everyone in the healthcare community and the lay audience as well. My podcast- “The Heart Guy presents The Heart of the Matter”, invites intriguing guests to explore all matters related to Congestive Heart Failure and organ donation through conversations which include healthcare providers, wellness professionals, patients and caregivers in the global community of heart failure and all organ donation. As an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and having had a rewarding career practicing restorative and cosmetic dentistry for 36 years in the New York tri-state area, and being a cardiac patient for 21 years, I now live a strong and productive life with a left ventricular assist device (Heartmate 3) powering my heart, as I await the gift of a heart transplant. My unique perspective of having been a healthcare provider, professional practice consultant and a heart failure patient, allows me the opportunity as a public speaker to enlighten audiences on what our healthcare system does and should deliver, and what it means to be a "good doctor" in today's world. I was also a Team Supervisor for the NYS Contact Tracing Initiative, supervising and training other supervisors and teams of Contact Tracers and Community Support Specialists and collaborating with Local Department of Health in Nassau and Suffolk Counties and the NYS Department of Health toward continued expansion of the Contact Tracing System.
