Have been working in IT since 1981 Starting with Bekins in various capacities, Help Desk, Mainframe Systems Programmer, Switched to LAN/WAN world Novell Microsoft and Unix. I moved on to NME (National Medical Enterprises) 7 years later which became Tenet Healthcare. Tenet's IT was outsourced to Perot Systems and I joined Perot Systems as part of the outsourcing in 1995. I have managed multiple customers Messaging Systems since 1995. ccMail, Groupwise, MSMail, Exchange 4.0, Exchange 5.5, Exchange Exchange 2003, Exchange 2007. Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013, Exchange 2016 and Hybrid Exchange Office 365 environments. I work extensively with Azure AD. Strong command line skills from automating user and mailbox creation to managing Licenses in O365. Perot Systems was purchased by Dell and the part that Dell purchased was bought by NTTData in November of 2016. I have worked extensively with all aspects of e-mail, planning, designing and rolling out e-mail systems, Migrating from other mail systems and upgrading from one Version of Exchange to later versions. I have strong people and leadership skills, I am technically proficient in all versions of Exchange from the original Exchange 4.0 up to Exchange 2019 and hybrid Office 365 environments. I have strong PowerShell skills, Trouble shooting, skills, design and implementation skills. I work within an ITIL infrastructure using various monitoring and Reporting tools (NetIQ, Zenoss, BMC, OPAS, Service Now). I manage multiple companies O365/messaging environments and I work in other aspects of the Microsoft Cloud environment with Azure AD. I train new people in basic trouble shooting skills and I document steps to help in the training environment.
