An experienced technical sales manager, specializing in complex space and airborne systems. Products sold include electro-mechanical actuation, gimbals, slip rings, twist caps, motor controllers, SADA/SADE, solid-state electronic circuit breaker/power distribution, data collection/concentration, starter-generators, brushed and brushless motors, and advanced aircraft materials. An energetic problem solver that can provide value added solutions. I enjoy collaboration with colleagues and customers alike. A proven sales leader who can motivate and inspire the regional sales team, drive for forecast and develop a long-range strategic plan. I am comfortable with the entire sales cycles; from cold calling, requirements/specifications development, negotiating terms and conditions, developing price and determining NRE, closing the sale, project management, and program kick-off. I stay engaged with the customer throughout the process and after the initial sale. I am a life-long aviation enthusiast. I obtained my pilots license in high school, pursued a BS degree in aeronautical science, built and test flew my own airplane (RV-6) and remain an active pilot to this day.
