About Gary Cox

For over 28 years, I've helped people with their group, individual, and Medicare benefits. As the owner of Ideal Insurance and a Licensed Medicare Insurance agent with Medicare Portal, I strive to improve my community's understanding of health coverage. Through my years of experience, I have found that awareness of details can have a positive impact on the outcomes of each unique situation. This is why I have been a referral-only agent for over 20 years. As a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, I served on the Legislative Council for four years as the Chairman of the Employer Working Group, where we provided members with expert deliverables on a variety of important employer topics. I am deeply committed to giving back to the community; For over 12 years I have volunteered as an adaptive ski instructor with Two Top Mountain Adaptive Sports Foundation. The program also teaches snowboarding, cycling, and water ski lessons to disabled individuals, including wounded veterans from Walter Reed and other military medical centers. Being involved year-round with this cool outfit has allowed me to share my numerous interests with others while making a difference in their lives.
