I have extensive Contract and delivery experience within the London Underground, Network Rail and commercial environments, particularly in the fields of Commercial and Project Management, also Delivery of Major projects commissioning, inspection and Assurance. I have been involved in the management of several station Builds/rebuilds and numerous lifts & escalator installations/refurbishments and major projects such as the Jubilee Line extension and Crossrail. My most recent project involvement was working on several Crossrail Stations for Tier 1 contractors and Crossrail direct. Being responsible for the installation, commissioning, and Assurance for most of the Lifts and Escalators assets installed across the project. Working closely with the Crossrail Assurance team to ensure the required levels of assurance was reached or surpassed. Working closely with Tier 1 commercial teams to ensure cost management targets were achieved. Also being responsible for their ancillary requirements including civil works, Station finishes, HV/LV power & lighting upgrades, fire systems, E&M, asbestos removal etc. Working closely with design teams I have on several occasions championed cost effective design solutions. I have excellent contractor management skills both on site and in the office together with a sound knowledge of project management with vast experience and understanding of assurance processes, technical standards, specifications, Inspection/commissioning, design and build requirements which has given me the key skills required to deliver projects safely on time to design and within budget.
