About Gary Cutts

I’m a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) with over 30 years' experience of delivering complex infrastructure projects in multiple sectors, but I'm passionate about the maritime and environmental sectors. Other technical accomplishments I'm proud to hold include being a Chartered Civil Engineering Commercial Manager (MCInstCES); Accredited NEC4 ECC Project Manager (NEC Reg); a CEEQUAL Assessor; APM Project Management Qualification, PRINCE2 and I'm IEMA Carbon Management certified as well. I have a problem-solving mindset and I’m enthusiastic about developing the industry and its community through volunteering for the ICE for more than 25 years now along with supporting other industry forums. I regularly draw upon my experience of having worked for both the private and public sectors (Contracting, Consulting and Client organisations). Having a detailed technical understanding of design/consenting and construction processes greatly assists me in the successful delivery of projects and programmes.
