PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY Mr. Gary Cyras is organizationally talented through mentoring and growing individuals, teams, and improving the system we work in, but also very technical in software and hardware development. He is not afraid of getting his hands dirty and being a role model at the same time he is able to distill technical and business decisions to C-level executives He is known for his leadership in managing platform systems engineering organizations responsible for development, validation, and test of Server, Desktop, and Mobile processor, chipset, and storage products bringing them to production. He has managed groups across multiple geographies (Israel, Penang, Mexico, India, US) which include hardware and software development, program management, lab and general operations, test execution and debug along with being responsible for the organization’s vision and capability, budget forecasts and expenses. Mr. Gary Cyras has years of experience implementing Scaled Agile within the organization and have applied lean principles and concepts in our day-to-day culture and language. Additionally, his diverse background includes being a Client Technical Marketing Manager for several years enabling design wins with OEM’s and customers, worked as a Product Marketing Engineer, and have started several different startup companies and teams inside and outside of Intel® Corporation. His leadership style is adaptive working with diverse types of people moving from democratic style to setting the pace depending on the experience of the team and situation. He is super passionate about people, technology and the possibilities how a team can make a difference to our industry and the world in which we live in.
