As a Business Growth and Exit Specialist I help Business Owners accelerate their profits and achieve the best version of themselves and their business. Both are entwined. I focus on the individual and their aspirations and couple this with a focus on the pillars of Margins, Productivity, People, Sales, Marketing, systemization, Accountability, and Scale. These areas can achieve amazing transformations in business and personal growth. I hold the business owner accountable as 'their unreasonable friend' so together we can achieve their version of Income, Freedom, and Scale or Exit choice. I believe in dialogue and commitment, not a monologue and inconsistency to achieve your best results. I have a diverse life and business experience which provides me with unique clarity and perspective. I am passionate about small business as the backbone of economies. As someone who has bootstrapped, grown, and sold private companies I understand business and its pressures. I have also conducted business internationally and domestically in Venture Capital, Financial Markets, Mining, Real Estate, Construction, and Agribusiness. These adventures included performing roles as a Public (Board member) and Private Company Director. I have a strong passion and qualifications in Real Estate - Advisory, Agency, and Buyers Advocacy. Holding Dip Property and Class One Licence endorsements - Auctioneer, Stock and Station, Business Broking, Sales, and Leasing. PS146 (DFS, DFS (Super) qualified to assist managed investment schemes, fund managers, and publicly listed entities. Property and equities are core wealth foundations. I have advised and participated on Boards in a public and private capacity within sectors such as Mining, Property, and Not For Profit in areas of strategy, acquisitions, takeover, and asset procurement. I am an Advisor on the Marketing and Entrepreneurship Alumni Industry Panel, at the Australian Institute of Business (AIB) where I provide consultation on current trends and challenges within the industry, leveraging professional experience to assist AIB's curriculums, publications, and research.
