About Gary Daniele

I have over 24 years of experience supporting individuals who experience different abilities. I have over 14 years as a supervisor guiding, training and educating employees to become successful. I enjoy developing a positive office culture by applying lean principles along with a foundation of a continuous improvement process, These practices ensures that employees have a voice in a structured way where they contribute and feel empowered, where input is valued and encouraged. I have extensive knowledge of the Vocational Rehabilitation process along with assisting individuals with different abilities to become employed in competitive integrated jobs.My branch currently is heavily involved with the Employment First movement in Oregon. Employment First is about having individuals with intellectual different abilities are becoming employed competitively in their own communities.I also assisted in designing a local program providing employment resources to individuals. In additional I am well versed in residential and community inclusion programs and have supervised up to 18 staff in these settings. I have experience in developing and implementing individual support and behavioral plans.
