With decades of experience teaching and instructing learners of all ages, I'm a proficient and even a master teacher. I've developed curriculum, created/delivered workshops, taught thousands of students, and trained other teachers. I'm a team-first educator committed to building exceptional, peak-performing learning organizations that prioritize student (and customer) success above all else. Previously, as Communications Director and Subject Matter Expert at Marine Corps University, I contributed to the design and delivery of Professional Military Education (PME) for non-commissioned officers (NCOs). By teaching courses like public speaking, writing skills, and interpersonal communication, I enhanced professional growth and operational effectiveness for hundreds of NCO Marines. I grew professionally and had to adapt to military culture, ultimately succeeding and helping build a model training center.
