Experienced and well connected Technical Recruiter with a mission to reduce hiring disruption as much as possible. I value continuous learning and the ability of Product, Software & Data Engineers to design customer-centric solutions to unfamiliar problems. As such, I enjoy speaking with language agnostic Software Engineers, often with a wide variety of interests beyond writing software, which has made my approach to recruiting highly valued by my customers. My goal is to be able to advocate cultural, product and technical environments in a way that gives my customers confidence in building versatile software and data engineering teams, whilst giving Engineers the information and respect required to make sensible career decisions. I've helped recruit for a number of brilliant companies, startups and enterprise projects. From data streaming services with time series databases and real-time trading platforms to natural language processing software with imperative and declarative languages including C/C++, Golang, Elixir/Erlang plus client side development. Most of my work comes to me by recommendation with clients returning again and again for being able to provide transformational and long term value and the particular relationships I have with outstanding Software Engineers.
